Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed on spiltemplates.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell digital Bricks Builder templates (“templates”). Some templates are sold as an “exclusive drop”: an exclusive drop is sold once, and after it is sold we remove it from the library. The description on the product page is leading. Templates require Bricks Builder to be installed on your website.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where VAT applies. The VAT amount is shown in your order summary at checkout. You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods offered. Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Templates are delivered digitally. Your download becomes available straight after your payment is confirmed, and we also send your download link by email. You can find your downloads later in your account.

5. Licence

When you buy a template you receive a licence to use it. The licence terms are described in our License Terms and are part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Updates

Updates for the template you bought are included. We aim to keep templates compatible with current versions of Bricks and WordPress, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every site setup or third-party plugin.

7. Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee

Consumers normally have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery has started, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this agreement at checkout.

8. Support

If you have a question or a problem with a template, contact us through our contact page and include your order number. We aim to respond within [number] business days.

9. Intellectual property

All rights to the templates, including the designs, code and documentation, remain with us. You receive only the rights described in the License Terms.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the template concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer by law.

11. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at [email] so we can solve it together.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain applicable. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in [place], unless the law says otherwise.
