1. General These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of digital products by SpilTemplates (trading name of J Spil), hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”, “we”, or “us”. By purchasing and downloading our products, the customer (“Client” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these terms.

3. Products & License 3.1. Our products consist of digital website templates for WordPress and Elementor. 3.2. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Single Site License. 3.3. What is allowed:
- You may use the template for one (1) final website / domain name.
- This may be your own website or a website you are building for a client. 3.4. What is NOT allowed:
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template source files “as is” to third parties.
- You may not claim intellectual property rights to our designs or code.
- If you wish to use the template for multiple projects/websites, you must purchase a separate license for each instance.
4. Pricing & Payment 4.1. All prices are displayed in Euros (€). 4.2. Payment must be made fully in advance via the offered payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Bancontact). 4.3. The download link will be provided immediately after the payment has been successfully processed.
5. Refund Policy (No Refunds) 5.1. Due to the nature of digital products (which can be downloaded and copied immediately), all sales are final. 5.2. By purchasing our product, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal (European Right of Withdrawal / “Herroepingsrecht”). You acknowledge that you lose this right once the download has started. 5.3. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where a file is technically proven to be corrupted and cannot be fixed by our support team. “Changing your mind” or “Not knowing how to use Elementor” are not valid grounds for a refund.
6. Support Policy 6.1. Our templates are sold as “Do It Yourself” (DIY) products. 6.2. Included: We provide documentation/guides on how to import the template. 6.3. Not Included:
- We do not offer installation services (unless purchased as a separate add-on).
- We do not offer customization services (e.g., changing colors, logos, or layouts for you).
- We do not provide support for third-party plugins (e.g., Elementor, WooCommerce) or hosting issues. 6.4. Support is provided at our discretion via email. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days, but offer no guarantees on response times unless a paid support agreement is in place.
7. Updates 7.1. Products are sold “as is” at the time of purchase. 7.2. We are under no obligation to provide future updates, feature additions, or compatibility fixes for future versions of WordPress or Elementor. 7.3. While we strive to keep our products compatible with the latest software versions, we do not guarantee that a template bought today will function indefinitely with future third-party software updates.
8. Liability 8.1. Use of our products is entirely at your own risk. 8.2. SpilTemplates is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, data loss, or downtime caused by the installation or use of our templates. 8.3. We are not responsible for conflicts with other plugins, themes, or server configurations. 8.4. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product.
9. Governing Law 9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where J Spil is established.
